Reprint all signage to represent our current company name – Update all existing posters, flyers, menus, etc… with our current company name “Wishing Well Massage” as well as the correct website “wishingwellmassage.net”

This will streamline everything, and be a smaller business name, and allow us to keep separate budgets for each business

Promotion – STILL NOT DONE

Page Invitation – I have invited both Glenda and Jyll to admin our Facebook page (:https://www.facebook.com/WishingWellMassage”). Please only post things pertaining to the business and adhere to the hashtag item below to always promote our brand and allow even more people to find the business.

Hashtags – Every business-related post, even on your personal Facebook profiles, should ALWAYS include our business name, and correct website, and hashtags (“Wishing Well Massage” as well as the correct website “wishingwellmassage.net” and at least these hashtags: #WishingWellMassage #Massage #Valencia #NegrosOriental #Philippines – you can add more hashtags to help more people find you easier.

Uniforms – STILL NOT DONE, PAID AND NOT EMBROIDERED

Embroidered Uniforms – get me a quote for both the uniforms (tops and pants) and the embroidery
First name and credentials on left front (Also include Manager for Jyll), Business name on back in very large font so it’s visible from far away
The uniforms should appear the exact same for all current therapists as well as future therapists – exception is the Manager title for Jyll. The official color of our website is “#14AF48”. I’m thinking that shade of green for the uniform color and white reflective or glow in the dark text.

But the company name on back should be as big as we can get, and reflective or glow in the dark thread.

Services and products – COMPLETED

Services and items for sale
Need a list of all services and prices for our website – include all services massages, durations, and prices (even donation massages) and all food or drink you sell, and any products you sell (Like oils, lotions, etc.). This will be used for like a menu to use there, and also on our website. Wishing Well Massage – Services/Products we offer

Improvements – for consistency – STILL NOT DONE

Portable Massage tables – I honestly and truly like and admire the tables brother Ken made honestly, but I’m thinking for consistency all massage tables be consistent in look as well as be portable. This way all massage tables can be used in or out of office. Plus, they are adjustable in a few different manners. The current massage tables can be taken home Glenda, in case you do massages at home or Amlan. Personally, I would get the same table for the ones we need in office and a few for outpatient massages (So 2 or 3 for office and 3 for outpatient massages) – the therapist takes a portable table with them


The link to view a massage table I think we should use is: Massage Bed. Currently only 4,062 Philippine Peso / $69.48 US Dollar shipped.
We could get 1 every few months until all are replaced and we have at least 6. Total cost for 6 would be 24,372 Philippine Peso / $416.88 US Dollar shipped. Also these massage beds can simply be sprayed with a gentle cleaner and save us the added time for laundry, laundry detergent (Albeit in exchange for gentle cleaner cost), and time taking off and putting clean sheet on.

Legal – COMPLETED BUT CHOSE DIFFERENT NAME

☐ Install a remote connection program like teamviewer so I can remotely login and fix and setup our office computer as needed – Needs to be in English obviously

Purchases – STILL NOT DONE

✅ Front Counter/Desk – to hold computer, printer, flyers, router, business cards, menus, etc…
Desk, if they honor the sale ($109.99+Free Shipping… shipping was originally $101.50, but let us hope the purchase goes through. It is supposed to arrive @ November 26 at the massage center. The desk can be assembled with the filing cabinet drawer on either side. This is actual picture of desk I bought

PLEASE NOTE: THIS WILL COME WITH A US PLUG AND VOLTAGE – BEFORE PLUGGING IN YOU WILL PROBABLY NEED AN ELECTRICAL ADAPTER. THE DESK NEEDS PLUGGED IN TO USE THE BLUE LED LIGHTING, AS WELL AS THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND THE USB PORTS TO CHARGE PHONE WITHOUT PLUGGING PHONE CHARGER IN THE WALL.

☐ Air conditioning units – we need one for each room so at least 2.

Not sure if they look like this in the Philippines.

☐ Laptop computer – PLEASE NOTE: IF PURCHASED IN USA COME WITH A US PLUG AND VOLTAGE – BEFORE PLUGGING IN YOU WILL PROBABLY NEED AN ELECTRICAL ADAPTER. Business only laptop and we can lock up computer when nobody is in office (Keys to locking cabinet where laptop is located – Glenda and Jyll).

☐ Possibly a wifi router if supplied router won’t allow us to have a business only wifi and a customer wifi
